Response templates
Register consultation templates, greetings, and closings to use when writing inquiry replies.
Consultation templates can be registered as personal or shared templates, while greetings and closings are registered as personal templates only.
Consultation Templates¶
Consultation templates are used to register frequently used reply content by language, game, and category.
Registered templates can be loaded and used when writing inquiry replies.
To register a consultation template, click Write in the template list.
Set the following items when registering a consultation template.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Category | Select the language, game, and 1-depth category. |
| Code | A code used to identify the template. Enter up to 5 letters and numbers. The code cannot be edited after saving. |
| Public Setting | If set to public, other agents can use it as a shared template. If set to private, only you can use it. |
| Preview | Check how the registered reply content appears on mobile and PC screens. |
Note
The template code cannot be edited after saving. Check the code before registering the template.
Greetings and Closings¶
Greetings and closings are used to register opening and closing phrases for inquiry replies.
Greetings and closings are registered by language and game, and are used as personal templates only.
To register a greeting or closing, click Write in each tab.
- Select a language.
- Select a game.
- Enter the content.
- Click Save .
Note
You cannot register duplicate greetings or closings with the same language and game combination.
