Send support email
In Send Support Email, you can send an email directly to a customer. Use this feature when you need to send a separate notice that is not a reply to an inquiry.
To send a support email, at least one response email account must be registered. The sender address is applied as the address set as the Representative Email among the registered email accounts.
In the Signature field, select a registered signature template by language.
Attachment restrictions
You can attach up to 4 files.
Each file can be up to 2 MB, and there are no restrictions on file formats.
Sent emails can be viewed in the Support Reply Inbox in the email list.
