Set AI chat filter for each project to not only block profanity and banned terms but also to prevent repetitive advertising messages, ensuring a pleasant chat service for users.

• Default Prohibited Words
  • Configure the usage of default prohibited words provided by Hive chat. You can download an XLSX file to review the included prohibited words in detail.
• Additional Prohibited Words
  • If additional prohibited words are required for specific projects, you can upload and register an XLSX file.
