You can look up the cancellation and refund histories of users by market in a single consolidated view.

  • The default screen displays detailed information such as user information, refund timestamp, and reason for refund, allowing operators to quickly identify how cancellations and refunds are being processed for each market.
  • The cancellation and refund lookup feature currently supports the following markets: Google, Apple, Amazon, ONE Store, Huawei, Steam, and PG Payments.

Pre-Setup

To use the cancellation and refund lookup feature, the following setup must be completed.

  • Register Store Keys by Market : Each store’s cancellation/refund data is retrieved via its respective API. Therefore, you must register each store's key in the Hive Console by going to Console > Billing > Payment Settings > Store Settings. For more information on how to register store keys, refer to the Store Settings Guide.
  • Apple Console Settings : Apple does not provide a direct cancellation/refund API. To receive notifications when refunds occur, you must register a callback URL in the Apple Console. Please refer to the Apple Console Guide and register the Hive IAP server URL directly in the Apple Console.
