Basic Info Settings

Register or configure items displayed in both the community and Web Shop. Items such as SNS icons shown in the footer can be registered per site language.

Please check the image registration location and image specifications in Image Asset Preparaton.

Image

Upload image assets used in the community and Web Shop. Images are applied globally across all site languages.

Add your company logo or CI image to the site footer.

Game BI

Set the game’s representative image displayed at the top or on the main page of the community and Web Shop.

Favicon

Set a small icon displayed in the browser tab. This helps users quickly find your game among multiple open tabs.

Configure the elements displayed in the website footer. Add game download links, SNS channel links, and more to help users easily access your main channels.

  • Enter company information to be displayed in the copyright of the community site footer
  • Although it is not required for functionality, it must be entered during community operation.

Social Media

  • Set up the social media to be exposed in the site footer.
  • A total of 11 SNS icons are available, and you can also upload custom icons.
  • Up to 10 social media icons can be displayed.
  • The recommended icon size is width (20-22px) * height (22px, png).
  • Please create the color of manually registered icons using #1D1D1F (opacity: 80%).
  • If the social media path is not displayed properly in the webview, please register the domain from the menu below.
    • Provisioning > Webview Access Settings > Allowed Domain
  • Start the link with https:// to connect it.

Download

  • Exposes a button to move to the download path.
  • Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and One Store have separate pre-registration/download buttons.
  • When setting the PC (Steam) download button, it will be displayed only on the PC web and not on mobile.

Terms Conditions Settings

  • Set the service company's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Operating Policy.
  • The checked terms will be displayed, and the company name will be entered automatically.
  • Although it is not required for functionality, it must be entered during community operation.

Terms Agreement

Configure the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shown to new community members. If an account is created by accessing the Community through the game, the terms agreement process is skipped. Web login terms are required. Without configuration, community login will not function properly.

  • You can use Hive Provisioning Terms or your own custom page.
  • Start the link with https:// to connect it.
  • There are no restrictions on link structure when using a custom page.
  • When using Hive Provisioning Terms, follow the designated path rules.

Hive Provisioning Terms Rules

  • Check that the terms match the community environment where they will be used.
  • Enter paths for all languages you want to support.
    • To use a shared terms path (single URL for all languages), register each language’s terms under the T-code.
  • Terms paths require both M-code and T-code, separated by /.
  • When registering Provisioning Terms, confirm that all settings needed for community use are complete.
  • In Provisioning > Terms > Terms Content, check that content (S) is added.
  • In Provisioning > Terms > Terms Group Settings, verify the following:
    • Terms Agreement UI Type: v4 Standard
    • Terms Agreement Status – Use / Allow “View Again” – Use
    • Confirm that T000 and M000 match between the terms shown in the agreement and the “View Again” content.
