Admin Post

All posts created by the administrator can be managed in the menu below.

List Page

  1. Posts registered by the administrator can be viewed by game, board, and language.
  2. You can select a post to move to the same type of board.
    • General board → General board: Possible
    • General board → Video board: Not possible
  3. You can select a post to delete it.
    • Unlike user posts, administrator posts are completely deleted upon deletion.
  4. Go to the detail page to create a new administrator post.
  5. You can only see posts that are pinned at the top.
  6. You can download the administrator post information as an Excel file for a maximum of one month at a time.
  7. Communities manage administrator posts by the language they operate in. Please select your desired language to view and create posts.
  8. Post number.
  9. Displays the path of the post written by the administrator's nickname (PC, M).
  10. Set the visibility of the administrator post.
    • For scheduled posts, even if set to public, the post will not be visible after the end date.
  11. Post display period.
    • If registered permanently, it will be displayed as permanently registered.
    • For scheduled posts, the scheduled date will be displayed.
  12. Set whether to display the TOP post banner for the selected administrator post.
    • If you choose public/private on the list page, it will be set for the entire board range.
    • If you want to set it for only the relevant board, please set it on the detail page.
    • Scheduled posts will not be displayed after the end date, even if set to ON.
  13. Set whether to display the Post pinned at the top for the selected administrator post.
    • If you choose public/private on the list page, it will be set for the entire board range.
    • If you want to set it for only the relevant board, please set it on the detail page.
    • Scheduled posts will not be displayed after the end date, even if set to ON.
  14. Displays the post title with a prefix.
  15. Displays the number of views of the post.
  16. Displays the number of comments on the post.
  17. Displays the nickname of the administrator who created the post.
    • The administrator nickname can be set arbitrarily.

 

Note
  • Posts containing personal information can be deleted, edited, or downloaded in a network-separated (VDI) environment.
  • A community administrator can use the delete, edit, or download functions for posts either by obtaining access permission to the network-separated environment or by disabling the network separation setting.

 

Detail Page

Settings Items

  1. When creating a post, you can set the timezone to check the time of a specific country.
  2. Select the game for which you want to create an administrator post.
  3. Select the board where you want to create an administrator post.
    • A board must exist to create a post.
    • Please create a board in UI Management > Board.
  4. Choose whether the administrator post is public or private. It can be saved in a private state.
  5. Set whether the post is a TOP post banner.
    • You can set it for the entire board or the specific board.
    • You can register by setting it as a permanent post or by scheduling a date.
  6. Set the display period for the post.
  7. Set whether the post is pinned at the top.
    • You can set it for the entire board or the specific board.
  8. Check the URL of the administrator post.
    • The URL will be generated when the post is registered.
    • It will be created as a URL that allows you to preview the post even if it is set to private.
  9. Select the prefix to be set in the title of the administrator post.
    • You can set prefixes for each board in UI Management > Board.
  10. Set the deadline for comments on the post.
  11. Select the administrator nickname to be displayed on the administrator post.
Note
  • How to Set the TOP Post Banner Image
  • Apply to the specific post: Set it in Community > Post Management > Administrator Post > Detailed Post.
  • Apply to the menu level: Set it in Community > UI Management > Board > Select Menu > Set Default TOP Post Image.
  • Apply as a common image for all: Set it in App Center > Project Management > Game Details > Game Assets > Main Game Image.

Editor (Register)

  1. Please select the desired site language and then create a post.
    • You can only create posts for the language sites you operate.
    • You can create and save posts in multiple languages simultaneously
    • Only posts saved simultaneously can be edited simultaneously.
  2. Write the post title.
    • The title must be less than 101 characters.
  3. You can load a pre-written template.
    • Please create post templates in UI Management > Template.
  4. This is the editor area for writing the content of the post. Check the supported functions below.
    • Paragraph, Font Type, Font Size, Text Alignment, Separator, Font Color, Background Color, Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, Underline, Undo, Redo, Special Characters, Emojis, Links, Images, Videos, Tables, Polls.
  5. You can preview the post written in the editor. The preview only applies to the post content.

 

Editor (Edit)

  1. When editing a post, only the language tab used at the time of post creation will be displayed.
  2. The content from the time of post registration can be viewed and edited directly in the editor.
  3. You can view only the reported comments on the post.
  4. You can download the comments on the post as an Excel file.
  5. The administrator can immediately write a comment on the post.
  6. The administrator can reply, set to public/private, or delete comments on the post. If the comment was written by the administrator, it can also be edited.

 

Note
  • If you leave the browser while writing a post, the draft will be automatically loaded upon return.
  • Depending on the session status, some drafts may not be retrieved.
