Personal information processing manager

The permission manager (Owner, Admin) also serves as the "Personal Information Processing Manager" who can manage (grant or withdraw) the users that process the personal information and access the personal information processing management menu for company Console users.

  • Private Information Processor List : You can grant personal information processing permission to users who need access to the personal information handling menu. You can withdraw your personal information processing permission from this menu, and users whose permission has been withdrawn cannot access the personal information handling menu.
  • Personal Information Handling Menu Log : You can check the access history log for the menu set as the personal information handling menu and the entire billing menu.
  • Network Segmentation Access Settings : "Network separation" is a network blocking measure that separates the business network from the external Internet network to prevent illegal access and leakage of internal information through the external Internet network. Network separation in the Console menu is applied to the button to modify/delete or download personal information, and personal information set to network separation can only be modified/deleted or downloaded in an IP environment registered in the network separation access list.
  • Group/Individual Permission Management Log : You can check the history of granting or withdrawing permissions for Console menus by group/individual.
  • Log-in History Log : You can check the log in history of the Console.
  • Personal Information Processor Access Control : You can set menus that only the users that handle personal information can access among the Console menus, and only the users that handle personal information can access the set menu.
