Payment Information

In Payment Information, you can configure settings related to HIVE platform billing.

Payment Information Settings¶

In Payment Information, you can configure the payment currency, payment method, payout account, and billing details.

Payment currency
- Only Korean won (KRW) and U.S. dollars (USD) are supported. The initial payment currency is set based on the country registered during sign-up on the HIVE platform website—KRW for Korea and USD for other countries. After the initial setup, you can freely change the payment currency.
- The PG (Payment Gateway) provider is determined based on the selected payment currency. Payments are processed via NHN KCP for KRW and Paymentwall for USD.
Payment method: The HIVE platform uses card registration as the default payment method. A PG provider page for card registration will be displayed according to the selected payment currency.

Billing
- Billing language: Sets the language of the invoice sent with payment details. The initial billing language is determined based on the country registered during sign-up—Korean for Korea and English for other countries.
- Billing email: Registers the email address to which invoices will be sent. The owner's email is automatically set as the default billing email.
