Template registration

Register a consultation template and a header/footer that a Service Rep can use to answer an inquiry. Consultation templates can be registered for private or public use, and headers/footers can be used for personal use only.

 

Customer Support Template

Consultation templates can be registered for each language. Click the write button in the template list.

  1. Category: You’re required to select the language, game, and category1.
  2. Code: You can enter 5 or less alphabets and numbers with no capitalization distinguishment. Please note that you can’t change the code one it’s saved.
  3. Privacy settings: It can be used by other Service Reps if you make it public.
  4. Preview: You can preview the content in mobile/PC size.

 

Header and footer templates can be registered for each language. Click the write button in the list.

1) Select the language and the game. You can’t enter multiple headers/footers for a game per langauge.
