Template registration
Register a consultation template and a header/footer that a Service Rep can use to answer an inquiry. Consultation templates can be registered for private or public use, and headers/footers can be used for personal use only.
Customer Support Template¶
Consultation templates can be registered for each language. Click the write button in the template list.
- Category: You’re required to select the language, game, and category1.
- Code: You can enter 5 or less alphabets and numbers with no capitalization distinguishment. Please note that you can’t change the code one it’s saved.
- Privacy settings: It can be used by other Service Reps if you make it public.
- Preview: You can preview the content in mobile/PC size.
Header and Footer¶
Header and footer templates can be registered for each language. Click the write button in the list.
1) Select the language and the game. You can’t enter multiple headers/footers for a game per langauge.
