What is Hercules certification¶

Introduction to Hercules Certification¶

Provides a feature to authenticate game access with the created external account.
It is available in Hive Console → Hercules → Preventing & Tracking Content from Outside.

Hercules Certification Menu¶

App Management¶

• [App Management] You need to register the app operating system (Android, iOS, Windows), app ID (bundle ID or package name), and app name in the menu. The app name can be modified even after registration.
• Since the app ID cannot be duplicated across different accounts on the same operating system, only the app IDs that are actually in use should be registered.

Account Management¶

• [Account Management] You can create external accounts from the menu.
• Passwords are randomly generated according to the set rules and stored encrypted (one-way).

• When you reopen the page, the password will not be visible, and you can view the authentication status for each account.
• You can freely modify the memo section for each account, and if you lose your password, you can reset or remove it.

Login History¶

• [Login History] You can check the authentication records in the menu.
• It records how the user was authenticated when they succeeded (department authentication, user authentication, external authentication) and the reasons for failure when they failed.
• Several filters are provided for each type of authentication. You can view only the successful authentication records or only the authentication records of external accounts.

Management History¶

• [Management History] You can check records of permission additions and removals, external account additions and removals, and other information modifications in the menu.
• The administrator field is the administrator ID logged into the Hive console.
