About Matchmaking¶
Matchmaking is a key feature in multiplayer games for finding PVP opponents among users. Using matchmaking, players can be automatically matched based on matching conditions set in the console.
Hive Matchmaking Key Features¶
- You can change matchmaking settings in real-time without separate maintenance notices in the game.
- Supports random matchmaking, which pairs players randomly, and score matchmaking, which is based on player skill scores.
- Allows matching up to 16 players either individually or in teams. The individual match feature can be utilized in cooperative plays like party raids.
- Provides the option 'End matching if not enough players.' Therefore, if there are not enough players participating, you can end the matching even if there is remaining request time. This option can be used to substitute opponents with bots or utilize in a test environment.
