Additional settings

This feature lets you manage the country combinations, terms consent screens, and terms types required to configure terms.

Country Combinations

Manage the exposure scope of terms by grouping multiple countries into a single combination.

List

  • Code

    • A value used to identify the country combination.
    • If the combination consists of a single country, that country's ISO code (for example, KR) is automatically set.
  • Management Name

    • An internal name used to identify the combination in the console.
  • Memo

    • Enter additional information for management purposes.
  • Included Countries

    • Displays the country names and country codes included in the combination.
    • You can select two or more countries to configure them as a single combination.

Register/Edit Country Combination

  • Code

    • If you select a single country, the code is automatically generated and cannot be edited.
    • If you select two or more countries, you can enter the code manually. Enter two uppercase English letters.
  • Management Name/Memo

    • Enter information for identifying and managing the combination.
  • Country Selection

    • Select one or more countries to configure the combination.
Note
  • When registering terms, the country combination is automatically added.
  • A single country cannot be added to multiple combinations.

Terms Combinations

List

View the list of country-specific terms by project.

  • Code

    • A value used to identify the terms combination.
  • Management Name

    • An internal name used to identify the terms combination. When terms are registered in Terms Management, it is displayed according to the following rule:
      • [Project Name]CountryCode_Device Type (EX. [Test]KO_Mobile)
  • Version

    • A value used to determine whether users must consent again when terms are changed. The version increases when terms that require user consent are deployed.
  • Terms Consent/View Again

    • Lets you check the terms consent screen and the terms view screen. If the terms have not been deployed, a preview is not provided.
Note

You can change the screen type by selecting a terms consent UI.

  • General Terms

    • The default terms consent type.
  • GDPR Terms

    • Used when obtaining terms consent from users in European Union (EU) countries in accordance with the EU data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation.
  • Legal Representative Consent Terms

    • Used when obtaining terms consent from minors.
    • You can set the age at which guardian consent is required according to each country's criteria.

Terms Types

Categories used to classify terms content. They are managed by project and can be searched by project index.

List

  • Code

    • A value used to identify the terms type.
  • Management Name

    • An internal name used to identify the terms type in the console.

Register/Edit

Register a new terms type or edit an existing one.

  • Project

    • Select the project (index) to which the terms type applies.
  • Management Name

    • Enter a name to identify the terms type.

Terms Content

Select a project (index) and terms type to view the registered terms content.

List

When you select terms, you can also view the content of previous versions.
