[SDK guide] Added DMM billing support status to IAP v4, along with other updates

We are updating the Hive SDK IAP v4 guide. Apps run through DMM GAME PLAYER on Windows use DMM Points for payment. In this update, we added DMM billing support status to the supported features table and organized the related descriptions.

Remote Play Plugin v1.2.0 release

Remote Play Plugin v1.2.0 is now available.

Crossplay Launcher v1.0.21.1 release

Crossplay Launcher v1.0.21.1 is now available. Fixed an issue where the Crossplay Launcher did not run properly in some PC environments.

[SDK guide] Crossplay Launcher patch file upload guide update

We are updating the guidance for the --release option of the CUI uploader (cpflupl.exe) in the Crossplay Launcher patch file upload guide. Previously, the option value was guided as y or n, but the guidance has been changed so that the option is used as a flag without a value.

• When uploading only patch files: omit the --release option
• When uploading patch files together with the entire app files: include the --release option without a value
