[developer guide] changes to the content and structure of the developer guide

We will change the content and structure of the developer guide as follows.

Before change

The Hive SDK initialization guide page provides instructions on provisioning, customer support, and community-related development guides.

After

Separating the developer guide pages for Hive SDK Initialization, Provisioning, Customer Service, and Community. Updating the content and improving readability and accessibility.

API documentation update: chat API guide update

I changed the API classification and modified several field information.

The API response format has changed, and several fields have been added or removed.
