Talk Plus Usage Guide

The text abuse detection feature can also be used with Hive Talk Plus.

Preparations¶

1. Complete the basic settings forHive Talk Plus.
HiveRefer to Apply Text Abuse Detection Feature in Hive Talk Plus to complete the setup.

Procedures for use¶

1. Go to Hive Console > AI Service > Text Abuse Detection and select the Project Management tab.

2. Select the project to which the Chat Log Collection API will be applied.
3. Select the default Talk Plus option in the Text Source field.
4. Select a language.
   • Select the language for the chat logs to be transmitted via the Chat Log Collection API.
5. Enter the Talk Plus App ID.
   • You can find the Talk Plus App ID in the Hive Talk Plus dashboard under Settings.
6. Enter the Talk Plus App Key.
   • You can find the Talk Plus App Key in the Hive Talk Plus dashboard under Settings.
7. Click the Register button.
8. Verify the transmitted logs in Recent Logs.

9. To use the text abuse detection feature, switch the project to ON.
10. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes for the first chat detection after activation.
