Developer guide changes due to the termination of TalkPlus support

As the support for TalkPlus service has beeen terminated, the developer guides as to TalkPlus will be removed. The items to be removed are as follows:

1. TalkPlus Release Notes
2. TalkPlus Developer Guide
3. The section about obtaining TalkPlus login tokens in the Authentication Developer Guide

Hive SDK v4 Unreal Engine Windows 24.4.2 release

Hive SDK v4 Unreal Engine Windows 24.4.2 is released.

In this release, we have removed unnecessary resources that are not used in the UI. For more information, please check the Changed Features section of each release note below.
