Post¶

Purchase¶

• Purchase products by selecting game server, channel, and character

Refunded User Repurchase¶

• This feature blocks game access for users who have arbitrarily refunded items purchased via PG payment, until they repurchase the same item.
• When the user logs into the Web Shop, a list of refunded items is displayed, prompting them to complete the payment.
• Items are not reissued when repurchasing a refunded product.
• If there are refund records in other markets, the user must log in using a device with that market’s OS to repurchase.
• Access to the game is only granted once all refunded items across all markets have been repurchased.
• Refunded user repurchase settings can be configured in Console > Billing > Payment Settings > Additional Services. For more details, refer to the Refunded User Repurchase Guide.
