device_info_change
An event that occurs when the user's device-related information (such as the OS version, advertising ID, device model, and rooting/jailbreak status) changes. You can use it to create metrics such as the number of device information changes and the distribution by device model and OS.

Recorded based on the instance value issued for each device every time the app is installed, and can be used to count unique devices (such as the number of terms agreements) with a distinct count aggregation.
