Coupon
Issue coupon codes for event operations and manage everything from the issuance request and approval to coupon code generation and usage status. Users enter an issued coupon code in the in-app coupon exchange to use it, and when a coupon is used, items are delivered to the mailbox.
Key features
Coupon issuance
Request coupon issuance for each project and manage its progress. One issuance request becomes one coupon, and a coupon code cannot be duplicated within a project.
Coupon types
Choose either a bulk coupon or a keyword coupon to issue. A bulk coupon automatically generates codes from random letters and numbers, and you set the number of coupon codes a single account can use. For a keyword coupon, the operator specifies the coupon code directly, and each account can use it only once. You can issue multiple keyword coupons at once.
To verify before the official launch, issue test coupons together with a bulk coupon. Test coupons can be used even before the usage start date.
Approval and code generation
An issuance request is saved as Pending approval, and code generation starts only after an approver approves it. The request goes through Approved and Generating and then becomes Issued, and a rejected request can be approved again. If a problem occurs during code generation and the status becomes Generation failed, retry to continue generating the remaining coupon codes.
Coupon groups
Bundle multiple coupons of the same type into one group to limit the number of uses per account at the group level. Bulk coupons can be grouped only with bulk coupons, and keyword coupons only with keyword coupons. A group must also be approved before the limit applies, and you cannot ungroup after approval.
Coupon code usage history
Check the usage history of coupon codes used in a project. Use it to find out who used which coupon code and when.
