Coupon code usage history

Look up a coupon code or Player ID to check the usage history of coupons.

Look up usage history

Select a lookup criterion in Search Condition and enter a value in Keyword to look up the usage history. [Search] is disabled until you select a project, and it is also disabled when the search conditions are not met. Neither the coupon code nor the Player ID supports partial search, so enter the full value.

Look up by coupon code

  • Search Condition: Select Coupon Code. The default is Coupon Code.
  • Keyword: Enter the full coupon code with letters and numbers. If you include spaces, they are removed before searching.
  • Usage Date: Disabled when the search condition is Coupon Code.

Look up by Player ID

  • Search Condition: Select Player ID.
  • Keyword: Enter the full Player ID using numbers only. Required.
  • Usage Date: Specify the start date and end date to look up, based on the date the coupon was actually used. The format is YYYY-MM-DD, and you can look up a range of up to 31 days. The default is the last 7 days including today.

How to set up:

  1. In Coupon > Coupon Code Usage History, select a project and then select [Search].
  2. In Search Condition, select Coupon Code or Player ID and enter the Keyword. If you selected Player ID, also specify the Usage Date.
  3. Select [Search] in the search condition area. The usage history appears in the list below.

On the initial screen, the list shows Enter a coupon code or Player ID to search. If the search conditions do not match, Enter a coupon code, or enter a Player ID together with a search period. appears as a toast, so look up again by entering a coupon code or specifying a Player ID together with a usage date.

Download usage history

Select [Download Usage History] to save the lookup results as a CSV file. The file is saved in the same format as the list table, and you can save up to 100,000 records at a time. If the results exceed 100,000 records, You can export up to 100,000 records at a time. appears as a toast, so narrow the search conditions and look up again.
