Service Rating
Customer Support provides a feature to check inquiry satisfaction. Users can evaluate their satisfaction with completed inquiries.
- Service Rating is supported only for in-game customer service.
Rating Search¶
View agent satisfaction ratings (stars and reasons) for each inquiry.
Agent Rating Status¶
Check the satisfaction scores received by agents from user evaluations.
Manage Rating Reason¶
It's a setup menu for a satisfaction survey.
How to Set Up a Service Rating¶
- Select whether to enable the satisfaction survey.
- Register at least one reason corresponding to a 1 - 5 star rating.
